Self-driven, self-motivated Go getter, tenacity Desired Skills & Experience Banking and financial experience Risk Analysis and Decision Making Analysis and Evaluation Knowledge and understanding of Agile SCRUM development products Agile (Scrum) Agile (Scrum, Kanban & SAFe) Agile Frameworks – Scrum, JIRA, Blueprint So Agile Scrum Master Agile Scrum Team Agile/SCRUM Business Analysis Business analysis, critical thinker Certified Scrum Master Process Engineering What You Will Be Doing Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
