Assembly Group Leader

Schedule:

Full Time: 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday – Friday and overtime as required

Position Summary:

The Assembly Group Leader will direct assemblers in the department and work with Quality, Engineering and Documentation departments as needed.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Assigning individual workloads
  • Coordinating scheduling with interacting departments
  • Completing scheduled assemblies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolving production problems or involving the appropriate individuals to solve the problem
  • Seeing that all company policies and procedures are enforced and upheld
  • Performing some production work as time permits
Position Requirements:
  • Possess a working knowledge of corporate organization policies and procedures
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the assemblies in the department
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the assembly procedures
  • Have knowledge of current quality methods
  • Complete any required training programs
Education/Certifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
