Pennsylvania Interventional Cardiologist Job
About 1 hour from Pittsburgh, we are seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible interventional cardiologist to join our team.
This is a permanent job opening, and you will work alongside two PAs. The practice runs a pacemaker clinic once a week, and the EP sees patients at the clinic once a week and performs procedures at the hospital.
The practice is located directly across the street from the hospital, making it easy for you to quickly respond to patient needs. You will be working in a collaborative environment with two other cardiologists, including one non-invasive cardiologist and an electrophysiologist (EP).
Responsibilities:- Perform interventional cardiology procedures
- Collaborate with the non-invasive cardiologist and EP to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Participate in rounding/consults, TEE procedures, stress tests, echoes, and EKGs
- Share medical call responsibilities with the non-invasive cardiologists, supplemented by locums for weekend coverage
- Work closely with Physician Assistants (PAs) who provide some weekend rounding
