About the Role:

As our Manufacturing Design Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of technical engineering support and leadership in our manufacturing operations. You'll play a crucial role in defining, designing, procuring, and installing parts, fixtures, tooling, and equipment to help us produce well-designed and profitable parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust solutions for parts, fixtures, tooling, and equipment
  • Create detailed drawings and manage prototyping processes
  • Troubleshoot equipment and processes, providing expert technical advice
  • Support innovative process and technology development
  • Manage projects from proposal to execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 1-3 years of proven engineering experience in manufacturing (internships and major projects considered)
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, MasterCam, AutoCAD, Autodesk)
  • Experience with milling machines, grinders, and finishing equipment
  • Strong process/project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work hands-on with production teams
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience in equipment automation/programming
  • Track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
