Overview

Dragos is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Operations to join its mission of safeguarding civilization. We're looking for someone with vision and experience to guide the marketing organizations next phase of growth and maturation with technology, process and automation to enhance the way we work and better support our customers. This role will own the global strategy and implementation of scalable processes, analytics and technology to help marketing make better, faster, data-driven decisions and achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Build a team culture that prioritizes innovation while balancing operational excellence and rigor to accelerate business growth
  • Construct scalable marketing processes including lead routing, leading scoring, campaign operations, program and content automation to drive greater efficiencies across teams
  • Design and implement a measurement framework that allows us to plan, forecast and measure ROI from marketing campaigns and investments
  • Partner with revenue operations to align our GTM strategy, improve funnel conversions and provide enablement to the marketing and sales teams
  • Establish best practices for marketing technology infrastructure, including database/lead management, data hygiene and enrichment, system governance and integrations with first party and third party systems
  • Create a scalable contact database that values segmentation and personalization to improve communications and conversions
  • Manage complex roadmaps and consistent delivery cycles that stretch across core operations, campaign performance and GTM initiatives
Qualifications
  • 10+ years B2B experience in managing demand generation strategy with measurable results
  • Experience leading teams to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies with growth or demand generation desired
  • Advanced understanding of marketing technology including data, structures, measurement, and digital advertising networks
  • Practical experience with BI platforms - Tableau
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing platforms - 6Sense
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with a large remote team
  • Dynamic, proactive, passionate leader with an analytical mindset
  • Strong people and relationship skills, enjoys working cross functionally with teams and vendors
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $200,000
