Reporting Business System Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Reporting Business System Analyst with a strong background in finance or IT systems analysis and support. An accounting background is a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience with design, implementation, and support for Oracle Cloud, Peoplesoft, or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Please Note
* Candidates must be able to work on Tential's W2. We can NOT do C2C arrangements*. At this time we can only accept the following: US citizens, TN Visas, GC EAD, GC Holder.
*The Hybrid schedule is a requirement. Candidates must report onsite 2 days/week to Vienna, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a conduit and facilitator between the development team, product team, and end users.
  • Support the end-to-end development process for a portfolio of operational reports and queries built in Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • Utilize strong financial reporting, data manipulation, and visualization skills.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with report and visual development in Tableau and Power BI.
  • Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), and Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.
Requirements:
  • Background in finance or IT systems analysis and support.
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, data manipulation, and visualization
