As a Network Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers optimize their networks to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on engaging with clients to understand their business objectives and aligning our solutions to meet their specific needs. You will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and maintaining network architectures that enable our customers to thrive in today's dynamic market landscape.

With this being a client-facing role, we are looking for a Nashville area resident open to local travel for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to assess their networking requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design, implement, and manage scalable and resilient network infrastructures.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on network optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of networking solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our offerings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in network engineering, with a focus on enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and other networking protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for driving customer success.
