Production Tech and Assembler

Position : PRODUCTION TECH & ASSEMBLER
Location : Seguin, TX 78155
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40+ per week
Salary : $15 - $16 (with Dollar raise once Hired)
Shift schedule :
- 1st Shift is 7am - finish (usually 2:30pm)
- 2nd Shift is 4pm - finish (usually 12:30am)
Production Tech is responsible for lifting product (usually cut wooden parts) onto their station and following basic blueprints to build the desired product. They will be using a pneumatic nail gun all day to assemble wooden crates, boxes, pallets, and large enclosures.
Responsibilities & Qualification:
- Building pallets / packaging.
- Need tape measure experience, tool usage, and be okay with hot warehouses.
- Must be able to read a ruler (every 1/4 inch is fine)
- Must have Steel Toe Boots
- Must be able to adhere to safety protocols and wear their PPE all day.
