Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems and processes.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions.

  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to optimize performance.

  • Lead project management activities such as project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

  • Train users and stakeholders on new systems or software solutions.

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role.

  • Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.

  • Strong understanding of Voice of the Customer (VoC) methodologies.

  • Excellent technical documentation skills.

  • High degree of business acumen and strategic thinking.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems and mobile application development.

  • Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML) and other visualization techniques.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific projects and technology stacks.
