We're searching for superstar Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates in the Rocky Mount area to join our team. You'll be using your top-notch skills to deliver fantastic care and create unforgettable patient experiences. Every day will be different, so get ready to put your problem-solving skills to the test

Here's who we're looking for:
  • A licensed FNP or PA in North Carolina with 2+ years of APP experience (this one's a must-have)
  • Someone who can work independently with a supportive team behind them
  • A passion for urgent care and a love of working with a team that puts patients first
  • Someone who can build bridges between clinical and non-clinical staff (because communication is key)
  • Great judgment on knowing when to consult a supervising physician
  • A flexible team player who goes the extra mile for patients
  • A willingness to wear many hats (that's the nature of the urgent care world)
  • DOT Examiners Certification is a plus but not required. We are willing to cover the training cost for the right candidate who is motivated to obtain their certification within the first 6 weeks of employment.
The nitty-gritty:
  • Shifts will be scheduled in 12-hour increments to accommodate patient needs, with an anticipated volume of 3-4 patients per hour
  • Weekend rotation is typically every other to every 3rd weekend (so you'll have plenty of time for fun outside of work too).
  • We're open Monday through Saturday (8am-8pm) and Sundays (9am-6pm). We’re also open most holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas.
