Overview:
Join the exponentially growing team at Intuit as a Senior Software Sales Consultant. You will be part of a team of problem solvers and strategic thinkers. We use the latest technology to help our customers solve their problems. As a Senior Software Sales Consultant, you will consult with customers to understand their business needs. You will work with cross-functional teams to provide the right solution for each customer's individual needs. We do not simply sell products. Our goal is to help our customers achieve their goals with confidence.
Position Purpose:
As a Senior Software Sales Consultant, you will work to serve a segment of the Quickbooks Digital Ecosystem. You will be responsible for generating new growth and protecting revenue for your assigned accounts. Your primary responsibilities will be to engage customers and understand their needs across locations. You will demonstrate our core capabilities and make recommendations for the right solution stack for each customer's business. You will work with Intuit support partners and resources to meet customer needs. This role plays a critical role in service to one of Intuit's Big Bets Disrupting the Small Business Mid-Market.
How You Will Lead:
As a Senior Software Sales Consultant, you will lead by role modeling Intuit's values and fostering an inclusive environment. You will prospect and make recommendations to drive improvements for existing customers' businesses. You will articulate the Intuit Value Propositions of the QuickBooks Online Ecosystem and showcase an understanding of Intuit's strategies and products relative to major competitors. You will have C-Level Executive presentation skills with a clear ability to utilize tools to deliver a compelling ROI for customers. You will grow and manage a sales funnel and maintain a sustainable sales cycle to meet quarterly sales targets. You will navigate complex selling processes while fostering a deep understanding of key Partners and their abilities to deliver against customer's needs in the buying process. You will be a cross-functional facilitator who leverages all resources to support business relationship growth and execution. You will utilize all resources to close deals with greater scale and efficiency. Key metrics of success include Quota Attainment, Close Rates, Pipeline Velocity, and Retention improvements.
