Job Description:
- Assist physical therapists in carrying out treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor patients' progress and report to the supervising physical therapist.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Prepare equipment and treatment areas for therapy sessions.
- Document patient treatments and progress notes accurately.
- Provide supportive and compassionate care to patients.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures for patient care and therapy services.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and adapt plans as necessary.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
- Be adaptable to a rapid response environment.
