Shop Helper

The Machine Shop Helper will act as a rover, filling in at various types of machines as needed. You will be responsible for the assistance in the operations required to finish and deliver fabrication parts. This includes hardware insertion, deburring, type 32 bezel gluing and part packaging.

Responsibilities:
* Deburring and surface graining of sheet metal parts
* Installing hardware
* Assisting in gluing and the assembly of type 32 bezels
* Packaging parts for delivery to other locations.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience, preferably in the high-tech industry
* Sheetmetal Shop Experience required
* Prior experience on the following machines: Sheet metal parts Grainer( COSTA or Time saver Grainers ) with Dust Collector, Operating Gluing equipment , Ultra Sonic Cleaning and Drying, Bead Blaster, Belt Sander, and Deburr machine.
* Must read prints and understand dimensioning and tolerances
* Hardware insertion and timesaver experience required
* Able to use deburring tools
* Able to utilize belt and disc sanders grainer and hardware press
* May assist in packaging area
* Good communication skills
* Able to work in a team environment
