The RN Case Manager, as a member of the health care team, collaborates to enhance the delivery of patient care services along the continuum of care. Qualifications
  • Requirements for a Case Management RN:

    • Be a licensed RN in the state of Massachusetts
    • Minimum of 2 years Med/Surg experience required
    • Case Manager certificate preferred
    • ADN required, but BSN strongly preferred
    • Acute hospital experience preferred.
