Job Title: ClinicianJob Description
The clinician will provide clinical services to an assigned client caseload, including individual and family therapy through regular family contact and home visits. This position involves maintaining client records, producing reports for third-party billing, and meeting licensing/accreditation requirements. Additionally, the clinician will participate in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans (ITP), maintaining communication with clients and their families, and providing crisis intervention as needed.
Responsibilities

Provide clinical services to assigned client caseload, including individual and family therapy through regular family contact and home visits.

Maintain client records and produce reports and documentation for third-party billing and licensing/accreditation requirements.

Maintain regular contact with clients/families and collaterals in support of client needs, including treatment planning, team and provider meetings, psychiatric reviews, and other team meetings.

Participate in developing and implementing ITP goals, objectives, and strategies with clients, families, and collaterals.

Monitor and assess client progress toward treatment goals, schedule and facilitate treatment team meetings and case reviews as needed.

Maintain regular communication with TT&S workers, TM, and other case collaterals regarding treatment and progress of assigned clients.

Provide crisis intervention as needed in collaboration with TT&S workers, TM, and supervisors.

Provide clinical oversight and informal supervision to TT&S workers or TM on assigned cases.

Attend and participate in trainings and meetings as needed or assigned.

Articulate in writing and verbally, theoretically informed case formulation, biopsychosocial assessments, and ITPs.

Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and families.

Maintain and develop professional competency.
-
Utilize supervision to refine knowledge and clinical skills.
-
Provide on-call after-hours coverage as part of a rotating on-call schedule.

Maintain all professional licenses and certificates, including CANS, if professionally licensed.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a typical office setting, as well as traveling to individual client homes and community settings. The case load ranges from 8-12 cases per week, with clients aged 2 to 22 years old. The schedule is Monday to Friday with flexibility between 8am-8pm. The clinician must work at least 28 hours per week to receive a base salary, with additional hourly pay for hours worked over 28, paid out quarterly. The clinician can make their own schedule depending on case loads but must be in the office at least two days a week. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, 2 weeks PTO to start, 12 paid holidays, up to 5 weeks PTO after 10 years, and mileage reimbursement.
