Join our team as a Mobile Healthcare Practitioner and be a part of delivering right-sized healthcare to patients directly in their homes. As a mobile provider, you will work with a clinical care team to perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose and treat complex illnesses, and provide therapeutic interventions. You'll also analyze test data, educate patients on managing their health, and ensure continuity of care. If you have acute care experience, an advanced degree, and are nationally board certified, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in relevant areas
  • Graduate with an advanced degree from an accredited institution
  • Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Nationally board certified, current
  • Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred
  • Prescriptive authority and DEA
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work a varied schedule with evenings, holidays, and weekends required
