The Opportunity

In preparation for upcoming opportunities, we are seeking licensed Mental Health Clinicians based in the Washington, DC (DMV) area for regular full-time and part-time positions. Candidates must have demonstrated experience working in humanitarian assistance settings and/or with professionals working in that sector.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least five years of clinical mental health experience with current licensure
  • A Master's degree in a mental health or human services discipline
  • Past participation in humanitarian response activities or supporting those engaged in humanitarian response
  • Demonstrated skills in individual counseling and group therapy
  • Experience delivering trauma-informed counseling
  • Experience with peer support networks: developing, designing, and training
  • Proficiency in English
