Job Summary and Qualifications

Here is some of what you can expect from being a Paramedic with us: 

  • You will implement technical procedures and care to Emergency Department patients safely and effectively 
  • You will work responsibly under the direct supervision and responsibility of the Emergency Department (ED) physicians performing care for patient(s) in accordance with physician's orders, policies, procedures, established standards and administrative policies 
  • You will Perform lab testing as assigned based on protocol of each test, documenting results and communicating critical as defined 

Qualifications you will need for this role: 

  • Current Colorado Emergency Technician (EMT P) or (EMT B) License  
  • IV Certification is required  
  • NREMT - P required 
  • Current BLS certification 
  • Current ACLS certification 
  • Current PALS certification 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a field paramedic with an EMS agency and/or clinical experience working in a hospital
