Client in PA seeking CWHH-Physical Therapist (PT) to work Shift: M-F until shift is complete On call info: On call required if requested Travel Area: Northampton county - Easton, Bethlehem, Walnutport, Hellertown, Slate Belt. Potential of Wind Gap and Saylorsburg in southern Monroe County Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours Productivity Units: 30 units Qualifications: Home care experience and Home Care Home Base EMR proficiency required
