JOB SUMMARY:

A California State Certified Radiological Technologist (CRT) that is competent in all phases of hospital diagnostic radiologic technological procedures, including special procedures. ARRT registry required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school graduate.

2. Successful completion of an AMA accredited program leading to registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

3. State of California and ARRT registration and certification.

4. BLS certification required and maintained thereafter.

5. Five years of staff radiologic technologist experience in an accredited acute care hospital.

6. Demonstrated competence in all phases of special procedures and diagnostic radiological technology procedures.

7. Expertise training needed dealing with age-specific population.
