Senior Director, Demand Generation Job Summary:This position is responsible for driving the strategy and execution to accelerate our growth, pipeline and revenue and to drive forward our technology infrastructure as a SaaS company.
- Build and lead a demand generation center of excellence that includes cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, sales, customer success, sales enablement, market strategy and insights, product, communications, practice education, creative services.
- Establish and measure key marketing metrics to ensure spend is constantly allocated towards the highest ROI areas.
- Optimize all demand generation channels - website, account-based marketing programs, paid search, email, events and more.
- Lead and define our marketing attribution and lead scoring models, to educate the company and to drive high performance; and select technology that enhances our approach.
- Develop and support Partner channel marketing opportunities to expand the impact of demand generation programs.
- Work with key stakeholders to build and optimize Account Based Marketing programs.
- Provide executive-level transparency to demand generation results monthly and quarterly.
- Manage all demand generation budgets, team and any freelancers or contractors.
- Develop a world-class team to be best-in-class in SaaS and healthcare.
- 12+ years of marketing and demand generation experience, with a deep understanding of Inbound, Outbound and Account Based Marketing strategies.
- Proven experience building and scaling demand generation functions for high growth, global B2B SaaS companies.
- Passion for leadership and driving consensus - you're building a team and educating a company on the exciting possibilities of technology-enabled demand gen.
- A love of analytics and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and ROI, identifying actionable insights to achieve crucial metrics.
- Experience demonstrating demand generation impact on business results, as well as attribution evaluation and funnel forecasting.
- Experience with core marketing technology products, specifically marketing automation, attribution, and ABM tools.
- Experience managing a team of direct reports and outsourced agencies including campaign, operations, marketing automation, paid and digital marketers.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding management and leadership skills and ability to attract, retain, motivate, develop, mentor and coach team members for high performance; good conceptual skills.
