Registered Nurse Case Manager

Registered Nurse Case Manager - Paying up to $45/hr. As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs, setting goals, and coordinating discharge planning. Ensuring accurate, concise, and timely documentation in patients’ medical records. Interacting with patients, families, physicians, and vendors in a professional and caring manner. Communicating pertinent observations and patient reactions to the appropriate staff (Physicians/Director of Surgery). Accurately documenting care provided and procedures performed in patient records. Actively participating in Quality Improvement initiatives through staff meetings, nursing committees, and the Quality Improvement Plan. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: KS RN License Current BLS certification 1-2 years of experience in Ambulatory or Acute Care ACLS certification (within six months of hire date if not already certified) Work Environment: Nurse to Patient ratio: 1:3 Shift: Night Shift (3 12-hour shifts) Hours: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
