Pain Management Physician

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Physician Management Specialist to lead, support, and enhance our clinical team as we continue to expand.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established, rapidly growing practice with almost a full patient panel where the right individual could grow into a potential owner. Located in one of the fastest growing metropolitans in America, the avid hiker, art enthusiast or family focused physician would be well suited for this location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Physician Leadership and Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is addressed.
- Facilitate effective communication between physicians and other staff members.
- Mentor and coach physicians to optimize their performance and align with organizational goals.
- Oversee scheduling, workload distribution, and clinical efficiency to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Monitor and improve physician productivity and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with administrative teams to streamline workflows and enhance clinic operations.
- Lead efforts in recruiting top-tier physicians to join the practice.
- Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with medical, legal, and ethical standards.
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain and improve patient outcomes.
- Stay informed about healthcare regulations and industry trends to keep the practice at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for expanding services and improving operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in physician management, healthcare administration, or a related role OR the ability to be certified in pain management.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage physician relationships and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented medical setting is a plus.
