Wehave an exciting opportunity for a third Interventional Cardiologist to join our dynamic Heart & Vascular Institute. We offer competitive compensation, benefit guarantees, and flexible scheduling that accommodates an adventurous Montana lifestyle Position Description Dedicated time in the cath lab to complete invasive procedures Ability to complete/read the following non-invasive studies: Electrocardiograms (EKGs) Pacemaker interpretations Transthoracic echocardiograms (TTEs) Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) Stress tests Nuclear cardiology preferred but not required High work volume consisting of both inpatients and outpatients Office consultations and follow-up (scheduled hours during Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm) Hospital consultations and rounds 1-in-3 call Heart & Vascular Institute Consists of the following providers: 2 Cardiovascular Surgeons 1 Physicians Assistant 2 Interventional Cardiologists 1 General Cardiologists 3 Nurse Practitioners Services patients in approximately one-third of the state of Montana Provides care to critical access regions through outreach clinics Compensation and Benefits Sign-on bonus/relocation assistance Guaranteed base salary with RVU bonus opportunities Health, dental, and paid disability insurance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Retirement options 6 weeks Paid Time Off 2 weeks Clinical Medical Education Community Information Populated with 60,000 residents and regionally supports nearly 275,000 rural Montana residents Nationally-ranked public schools and two accredited colleges Is equidistant from Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park Boasts four genuine seasons and blue skies over 300 days a year Has an international airport with direct flights to Denver, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Seattle and more Divided by the Missouri River, a world-class fly fishing and watersport destination Dominated by agriculture and outdoor adventure including, camping, hiking, horseback riding, water & snow skiing, rock & ice climbing, boating, off-road motor sports, upland bird, waterfowl, and big game hunting Health System While enjoying the Big Sky Country, known for breathtaking landscapes and an adventurous outdoor lifestyle, youll take pride in working for health system, one of Montanas most progressive and modern healthcare facilities with 500+ beds and over 200 members on medical staff representing 40 specialties.
