Hastings Senior Health & Living, a top-rated 72-bed long-term care facility, is looking for Full-Time Evening LPNs to join our dedicated, compassionate team We are also offering up to a $10,000 Bonus and scholarships and student loan repayment assistance. We are also hiring for On-Call Shifts Full-Time Evening - 2:30pm-11:00pm ($1.25 Shift Diff.) Wage $27.89- $36.26 per hour depending on experience. Part-Time & Full-Time are eligible for a $10,000 Bonus. Payout for the bonus will be discussed in the interview. Recognizes and manages common geriatric syndromes common to aging adults: cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, neurological, sensory and pain problems. Supervises work performed by TMAs and Nursing Aides. Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response. Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures. Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary. Performs additional duties as required. LPN skills and requirements: Must have a current MN LPN license and be in good standing. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Skills in problem definition and resolution. Ability to focus all efforts toward quality resident care. Location: Hastings Senior Health & Living is part of Cassia and located in the south metro.
