Job Title: Quality Auditor Job Description Principle Accountabilities: • Ensures accurate data collection. • Conducts internal audits following regulatory, industry, and internal quality guidelines including ISO. • Conducts process audits and follows up on the closure of open audits. • Assists the department in root cause analysis and corrective actions of audit findings, tracking to resolution. • Initiates product/process improvements. • Helps with the filing of audits and maintenance of records. • Monitors and reports metrics to meet business needs. • Prepares reject reports by identifying necessary information for follow-up and analyzes rejects/defects for patterns of process errors or other areas of concern. • Provides immediate feedback to production areas concerning process deviations. • May be required to facilitate Quality Alert meetings. • May provide process training.
