ROLE SUMMARY

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be both an active contributor to our codebase and a guiding force in our strategic direction. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your role will involve hands-on coding as well as leading and mentoring the rest of the engineering team.

This role will be onsite at our HQ in Orem, UT.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the design, development, and deployment of software applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the rest of the engineering team
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Identify and resolve technical issues
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with some experience in a leadership or mentorship role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with C# and .NET Core
  • Experience with mobile application development is a plus
