New physician to join 7 Cardiologists + 8 APPs including Congestive Heart Failure Clinic. In-house Nuclear Medicine, ECHO, EKG. Minimal buy-in at the end of the first year begins the path to partnership, with full partnership by the end of the third year. Physicians have access to Clinical Research opportunities and also the ability to teach current residents who desire a rotation.
