  • Rooming patients and collecting vital information upon arrival for a patient visit.
  • Completing necessary telephone communications with patients, families, and healthcare facilities.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as prior authorizations, scheduling appointments, and coordination of referrals.
  • Assisting with office procedures and providing patient education.
  • Administering medications and assisting with prescription refills.
  • Obtaining vitals, performing procedures, and collecting and processing specimens.
  • Participating in code team and applying durable medical equipment as needed.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
