Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support to patients and their families by addressing their psychosocial needs and helping them navigate the healthcare system. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' psychosocial needs and develop appropriate care plans
  • Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and their families
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Advocate for patients' rights and help them navigate through the healthcare system
  • Collaborate with community resources and services to provide necessary support

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Valid license as a Medical Social Worker
  • Prior experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Empathy, compassion, and understanding of patient needs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
