Key Responsibilities: Lead the management of user accounts, security policies, and access controls for stability and scalability. Drive standardization and consolidation of Active Directory use, configuring Identity and Access Management, Policies, and usage. Implement robust security protocols, conduct audits, and ensure compliance to protect against cyber threats. Independently resolve issues promptly, proactively addressing IT-related problems. Lead in optimizing Active Directory to meet growing demands while maintaining excellent response times. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, ensuring business continuity in case of system failure or data loss. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance Entra ID solutions within the Active Directory environment. Configure and manage Entra ID settings, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with security protocols. Implement and maintain identity management practices specific to Entra ID, addressing user accounts, access controls, and security policies. Lead efforts in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Entra ID, contributing to the overall stability of our identity management ecosystem. Stay informed about Entra ID best practices and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into our identity management strategy. Accumulate specialized knowledge and share it across the IT department. Efficiently handle AD-related tasks for consistency and eliminate redundancies. Develop strategies to scale Active Directory seamlessly as the organization grows. Facilitate the transition from Active Directory to Entra ID (Azure AD). Required Experience: 8+ years infrastructure experience to include 3+ years Active Directory architecture & design Experience with Active Directory, security, compliance, and governance. Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) solutions experience Automation experience using PowerShell Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
