Key Responsibilities:
• Be a Transamerica brand ambassador, using innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective and personalized services.
• Achieve set goals in business generation, client retention, and financial product placements.
• Craft and implement strategic action plans for personal and professional growth.
• Participate in regular developmental meetings and trainings to align your goals with company objectives.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A passion for making a positive impact in the community.
• 3 years of experience in an insurance sales environment preferred, but not required.
• Life and health insurance license is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A self-starter with high ambition, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning.
