**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team in providing high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.

**Shift Availability:** 8, 12, or 16 hours shifts, primarily on 1st and 3rd shifts (mornings and overnights), with mid-shifts available. Flexibility in scheduling allows you to work as much or as little as you like.

**Challenging Cases:** Our experienced nurses will work with patients who require gastrostomy tube (G-Tube), tracheostomy (trach) tube, and/or mechanical ventilator care.

Patient Care Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Other registered nurse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state in which the RN practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior RN experience preferred.
