We are looking for dedicated Mental Health Workers to support residents with developmental and behavioral disabilities. This position entails assisting adult residents daily, many of whom have mobility challenges, requiring physical tasks such as lifting and providing hygiene assistance. Key responsibilities include administering medication, reporting concerns, and offering physical support. The role involves collaborating with supervisors to implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs), coordinating services, and handling crisis interventions. You will assist with daily living activities such as self-care, hygiene, leisure, and social skills. Additional duties include attending meetings, accompanying residents to appointments, and transporting them using state vehicles. It is essential to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to relevant laws and regulations. The pay range for this position is $22-25/hr. Candidates must be fully vaccinated, have their own transportation, an active driver's license, and at least 6 months of direct care experience.
