JOB SUMMARY:

The Integration IT Manager is responsible for leading integration projects to deliver on business synergies and objectives. This includes technical design and architecture, process improvements, evaluation of new technologies and implementation planning. In addition, this role will be communicating plans, status, and risks with various business and IT stakeholders. This position is expected to understand key trends in technology and best practices in IT Corporate Applications and Business Process. Responsibilities also extend into strategic planning and people development. This position will be focused on the business integration in Florida and the home office is Ocala, FL.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading IT project teams to deliver projects that create business value
  • Leading and coordinating execution within the project team
  • Highly focused on projects integrating our business units and functions
  • Planning and estimating project work
  • Delivering to agreed project specifications (cost/ resources, time, scope, quality)
  • Applying relevant practices and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) to accelerate and optimize project effectiveness
  • Drive efficient decision-making within projects/programs including empowering the team and escalating when necessary
  • Identify and hold the teams accountable to meeting the key success metrics for programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute program plans
  • Analyzes functional inputs to determine the optimal business case considering resource constraints.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience in a technical area or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technical / functional skills (includes computer skills):
  • Ability to manage projects involving multiple Information Technology disciplines (applications, programming, testing, software upgrade, selection, software deployment, infrastructure etc.)
  • Skillsets in understanding Business Requirements and managing feasibility studies, time/cost estimates
  • Preferred technical design ability and knowledge along with the ability to develop technical solutions
  • Expert knowledge in process design, workflow analysis, re-engineering or other change management techniques whose purpose is to make and implement recommendations to improve effectiveness
  • Strong communication skills with ability to bridge between technology and business terminology
  • Must demonstrate advanced proficiency in various back office tools
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
