OutSystems Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Outsystems and .Net technologies along with a strong background in security and SQL. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate will contribute to various projects ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Outsystems applications ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Oversee the administration of the Outsystems platform including Source Repository LifeTime and Themes.
• Provide expertise in Outsystems BPT to streamline business processes and enhance application performance.
• Utilize .Net Programming-C# .Net to develop robust and scalable applications.
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage SQL databases ensuring data integrity performance and security.
• Develop and maintain Rest APIs to facilitate seamless integration with other systems.
• Apply JavaScript and CSS to enhance the user interface and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering innovative solutions that positively impact society.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in Outsystems Source Repository Outsystems Platform Admin Outsystems LifeTime and Outsystems Themes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Outsystems BPT and Outsystems Development.
• Have a solid background in .Net Programming-C# .Net Security and SQL.
• Show expertise in developing Rest APIs and using JavaScript and CSS.
• Nice to have experience in Clinical operations Submission Management Pharmacovigilance & Safety Ops Regulatory affairs and Research and Development.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
• Display strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications Required

PREFFERED: Outsystems Professional Developer Certification Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 to $140,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
