Knollwood Pointe Senior Living Community is currently seeking Caregivers/C.N.As to care for the residents under the direction and supervision of the Assisted Living Director.

  • Now hiring Full Time and Part Time 2nd shift - 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
  • Open availability preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supervision of self-administered medication for the Assisted Living Department in compliance with Federal & State regulations as directed by the LPN/LVN and/or the Assisted Living Director.
  • Caring for the residents as if they were an extension of your own family.
  • Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, toileting).
  • Assisting some residents with Ambulation and Transferring.
  • Takes and records vital signs.
  • Measures and records height and weight. Calculates and records fluid intake and output.
  • Recognizes abnormal changes in body functioning and the importance of reporting such changes to a supervisor.
  • Provides emotional and social support to residents.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Caregiver required.
  • Previous experience working in a Senior Living Community preferred.
  • Caregiver Certification preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
