Job Description
The ideal Microelectronics Assembler has prior experience in the electronic manufacturing industry and is able to perform mechanical processes on multiple types of assemblies and electronic components.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs assembly operations using a variety of hand tools and equipment
  • Perform manual die bonding, automatic wire bonding and sealing in a cleanroom
  • Performs operations on small parts using various machines or seam welding
  • Perform assembly operations using written instructions and drawings
  • Set up work as required
  • Follow work instructions for specific operations
  • Perform required work steps within a specific cycle time
  • Able to perform quality inspections following quality specifications
Requirements
  • One to two years of electronic assembly and electronics manufacturing.
  • Microelectronic experience is highly desired
  • Focus and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with attention to quality protocols
  • HSD/GED
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Good eye-to-hand coordination
  • Able to work through a glove box for welding
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Experience working with microscopes
