Job Description: Support the company expectation and achieve sales and profitability through driving product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and sales. Maintain store housekeeping and product merchandising recovery expectations. Monitors store email and reacts to business critical directives. Encourage positive selling and customer service behaviors. Consistent written and verbal communication with store team. Complies with all company policies and procedures. Completes sales transactions with efficiency from end to end. Escalate store issues in a timely manner. Other tasks as assigned. Job Expectations: Self-motivated, sales driven and prioritizes customer service Supports a team environment Effective verbal and written communication skills Effective problem solving skills Computer/POS systems and software skills Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends Proven ability to communicate effectively with store employees, management and customers. Maintain calm and poised in stressful situations. Partner with store management to find solutions for improvements. Job Qualifications: 1 year retail sales or customer service experience preferred Must practice effective verbal and written communication skills Must be self-motivated and able to work with supervision and accept feedback System Qualifications: Microsoft office email Retail inventory software Understand the POS system and other software used by the stores Physical Demands and Working Environment: Flexible schedule with nights, holidays and weekend shifts per scheduling guidelines. Physical dexterity and stamina to reach and lift to complete visual presentations and/or store set up. Ability to lift up to 40lbs. Reaching arms over head, ladder use, computer operation, continuous standing and walking, hand coordination, telephone use, speaking, reading, writing. We are an equal opportunity employer.
