Our client is seeking a Receiving Associate to join their team. As a Receiving Associate, you will be part of the Receiving department supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Job Title: Receiving Associate

Location: Spring Valley, NY

Pay Range: $18/hr

What's the Job?

  • Ensure the processing of incoming and outgoing packages in a timely manner

  • Manage the Printout email inbox where they will print off appeals, medical record requests and any other outgoing items for the insurance companies that need to be mailed

  • Sort incoming packages

  • Scan to appropriate person/entity

  • Prepare documents and other items for shipping

  • Weigh mail and calculate correct postage

What's Needed?

  • No minimum experience required

  • Ability to work Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-2pm

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
