Pediatric RN Case Manager - Hybrid

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pediatric RN Case Manager - Hybrid to fill an opening with a Fortune top 25 Managed Care Company in Palm Beach County, FL. This starts out on a 3 month contract, most likely will extend up to 12 months before conversion to perm (no guarantee).

Daily Responsibilities for Pediatric RN Case Manager - Hybrid:

  • Perform care management duties to assess, plan and coordinate all aspects of medical and supporting services across the continuum of care for select members to promote quality, cost effective care. Coordinate services between Primary Care Physician (PCP), specialists, medical providers, and non-medical staff as necessary to meet the complete medical socio-economic needs of clients.
  • Hybrid schedule - 2-3 days field in Plam Beach County and 2-3 days remote

Required Qualifications for Pediatric RN Case Manager - Hybrid:
  • Clear and active FL RN License
  • 2+ years of pediatric nursing experience in a clinical setting as an RN
  • 1+ years of healthcare case management experience

Preferred Qualifications for Pediatric RN Case Manager - Hybrid:
  • Knowledge of healthcare and managed care preferred
  • MCO
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred or Creole
  • BSN
