Inventory/Records Associate

Vaco Boston is currently partnered with a leading bank in the Swampscott, MA area. We are looking to bring someone in to assist with a special project in our records department. This person will assist with clearing out all records to that will be sent offsite for archiving. This role requires the following:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 20+ lbs
  • Assist with properly placing filing into boxes for offsite archiving
  • Working in a mailroom/ operations environment
  • Sort mail and other documentation as needed
