The developer will participate in architecture, design, and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards. Additionally, the role includes developing and maintaining both operational and system-level documentation. A minimum of 10 years of experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs as per the software development lifecycle.

• Assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.

• Review functional requirements, analysis, and design documents, providing constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency across applications.

• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.

• Develop and maintain both operational and system-level documentation for ongoing reference and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software development.

• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL for application development.

• Experience in designing, coding, testing, and debugging complex software applications.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and best practices.

• Effective collaboration skills to work alongside other development staff.

• Ability to create and maintain thorough documentation for operational and system-level processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large-scale enterprise applications.

• Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks that complement C# and .NET.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex systems efficiently.
