What you'll do:
Work with a diverse range of K - 12th grade school-aged clients, tailoring services to meet their unique needs and developmental stages.
Assist and evaluate students in speech, articulation, fluency, and language development, employing a holistic approach to enhance their communication skills.
Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and other school personnel to implement targeted interventions, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to student progress.
Conduct assessments and provide comprehensive reports highlighting areas of strength and improvement, focusing on aspects of voice, speech, and fluency for informed decision-making.
Develop unique treatment plans with a child and family-first mentality, considering the individual needs and circumstances of each student and their family.
Actively participate in and/or conduct Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering valuable insights and recommendations to support students' communication goals and objectives.
Adhere to confidentiality guidelines in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations, ensuring the privacy and security of information related to children and their families.

What You Bring:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or Related Field
Valid CA Speech Language Pathology Therapy (SLP) license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, families, and other professionals
Strong leadership skills
