Ultrasound Technologist

HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to fill an opening in Natick, MA.

Daily Responsibilities for Ultrasound Technologist:
  • This role incorporates all the technical skills associated with ultrasound, including related clerical and service duties.
  • Performs ultrasound studies, including limited vascular studies, as assigned. Performs routine maintenance of equipment and maintains exam suites in good and appropriate order.
  • Obtains and reviews patient's clinical history and related patient's test reports. Performs related clerical duties as needed.
  • Shift: 9a-5:30p or similar. 40 hours per week which includes weekend availability.
Required Qualifications for Ultrasound Technologist:
  • Must be a graduate of an AMA accredited ultrasound program or equivalent
  • Must be certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
  • Must be competent to perform ultrasound exams on newborns, children, adults, and geriatric patients, meeting all department guidelines
  • Must maintain all required continuing education credits and licensure during employment
  • Must be BLS (Basic Life Support) certified and maintain this certification during employment

Pay Details: $50.00 - $55.00 an hour
