The Service Coordinator serves as the voice for Quick Servant when handling emergency and non-emergency service calls. Each coordinator is the communication link between the partner requesting service and the Service Technicians.

Job requirements:
  • Manage daily operations of field technicians including scheduling, times, & GPS Reporting.
  • Manage partner expectations by providing realistic ETA's for service calls.
  • Prioritize call schedule according to level of emergency or urgency.
  • Monitor the route and status of repairs to coordinate and prioritize call schedules.
  • Enter data in computer system, maintain logs and records of calls.
  • Must be able to work in a high stress work environment.
  • Act as a communication liaison for partners, account managers, and technicians.
  • Collaborate with management and technicians to modify service schedule to accommodate the needs of partners.
  • Develop strong relationships with technicians, other dispatchers, partners, and management to alleviate the stress of unexpected schedule changes and service demands.
  • Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations.
  • Capable of following office procedures and guideline.
  • Proficient in English (Strong oral and written skills).
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Active listener with excellent communication skills.
  • Sound judgement and critical thinking.
  • High school diploma.
