As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be trained to field calls from patients, schedule appointments, complete referrals, retrieve medical records, and provide a wide range of other support services. Your role will be vital in ensuring that patients have a seamless experience from start to finish.

We are a one-stop experience designed to streamline provider and patient communication, making it easier for both parties to connect and get the care they need efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from patients in a professional, empathetic manner.

Schedule appointments for patients based on availability and patient needs.

Assist with the completion of patient referrals and ensure all documentation is up to date.

Retrieve medical records as requested, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Offer other services to enhance the patient experience and improve service efficiency.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and requests.

Prior customer service or healthcare experience is a plus.

A compassionate attitude and a desire to help others.
