As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Dental Hygienist who excels in communication and has a keen attention to detail. Someone who is:

  • Comfortable with periodontics and skilled in providing related care.
  • A strong team player who can also operate independently.
  • Eager to contribute to a team that is focused on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
  • Valid dental hygienist license in the state of South Carolina or eligibility to obtain.
  • Experience in periodontics is highly preferred, but not required.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply, especially those ready to engage fully with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive dental assessments and provide periodontal care.
  • Perform routine dental cleanings and additional hygiene procedures as needed.
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventative care techniques.
  • Collaborate with dentists and dental staff to develop treatment plans and provide excellent patient care.
  • Maintain detailed patient records and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control.

Qualifications:
  • Current dental hygienist license and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office
