This position requires an active state license, board certification or eligibility, and proficiency in call duties, including weekend shifts and 24-hour coverage. You will need BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications. The role involves managing approximately 5 patients per day and contributing to around 800 deliveries annually. The scope of practice includes care for low and high-risk pregnancies, fetal heart rate interpretation, obstetric ultrasound, amniocentesis, routine deliveries, and more. Credentialing and DEA registration are necessary. We offer weekly pay, complimentary housing and travel arrangements, and comprehensive malpractice coverage. We simplify the credentialing and privileging process, and you will have access to an online portal for assignment details and time entry.
