Global Veterinary Careers is currently supporting a full-service urgent care hospital seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join their multi-talented team. If you are passionate about providing the best veterinary care to a diverse range of clients, this client facing role will allow you to educate clients through effective diagnosis and treatment plans. The role is fast paced and presents daily challenges, the rewards are immense in making a difference to companion animals and putting their clients at ease.

The Role

Full-Time Veterinarian role including:

Treating pets who have an urgent need - ranging from pain, respiratory issues, diarrhea, infections, vomiting or toxin ingestion cases and similar

Excellent communication skills in developing rapport with clients

Ability to explain and support clients with urgent care issues to a successful outcome

Performing physical examinations

Stabilization of companion animals following illness and injury

Full time schedule of 4 shifts per week

Typical shifts are 10-hour days over a flexible schedule

To be considered for this position, you must have the following:

DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA accredited university

NAVLE

DEA, State, and USDA licenses (can be acquired when hired)

Proficient general medicine, dental, and surgical experience
